Organizational Behavior / Human Relations
In Organization Behavior / Human Relations students are introduced to the field of organizational behavior. Students will also learn strategies to influence the behaviors of individuals to improve an organization. The course covers topics from individual and organizational differences, to motivation and stress, to management and organizational structure. Using real-world examples and engaging activities, students will build on their professional skills about managing teams, conflict and negotiation, and leadership in today’s ever-evolving business environment.
